The template is a great starting point to create a Business Case for a Project. If you’re familiar with project management principles (APM, PRINCE2 etc.) a business case “provides justification for undertaking a project, programme or portfolio. It evaluates the benefit, cost and risk of alternative options and provides a rationale for the preferred solution” [APM Body of Knowledge 7th edition].
(If you have one) I would recommend adjusting the cover photo to your company’s logo/theme and the icon to your company’s logo thumbnail.
For your own document, delete the ‘callouts’ and Replace the Business Case title with ‘Business Case + Project Name’ (for example: Business Case - Project Horizon)
